Holistic Pet Care Here At White Oaks Veterinary Clinic

Holistic pet care is a great, natural way to help keep your pet healthy and happy -- and it is an excellent complement to traditional veterinary care. In today's blog we are going to focus on our holistic care offerings, since we are always seeking ways to help heal your pet naturally whenever possible.

Edmond Holistic Veterinarian

Our Edmond holistic veterinarian Dr. Mark Bianchi has long been a proponent of holistic care for pets, and he has been providing this brand of drug-free veterinary care to pets since 1997. Dr. Edmond holistic veterinarian provides acupuncture and alternative careBianchi and our entire veterinary clinic are firmly committed to using alternative means of veterinary care whenever possible, and we believe that all natural and holistic care methods can be a truly viable form of treatment for your pets. Our veterinary clinic can help you to implement a natural diet plan for your pet, we can use supplements and vitamins to address allergies and other conditions, and we can use holistic methods such as veterinary acupuncture to help resolve pain and mobility issues.

We are pleased to have our veterinary acupuncture provider, Dr. Mark Bianchi, on hand to provide acupuncture and other holistic pet care treatments. Veterinary acupuncture uses extremely fine needles to stimulate the pressure points in your pet's body. Acupuncture has proven to be virtually pain-free for our pet patients, and we have found that pets generally respond to this treatment in an extremely positive way. Acupuncture may be used to help relieve pain, as in cases of pets who have arthritis, or to help restore mobility, as in cases of pets who are recovering from injury.

Dr. Bianchi will always carefully evaluate the individual case of each pet and will discuss exactly what treatment courses are available.

We are very glad to be offering so much more than just the traditional medical veterinary care here at White Oaks Veterinary Clinic.
