General Medical Assessment

A complete medical assessment begins with a thorough physical examination whereby your pet's eyes, ears, skin, cardiovascular, neurological, gastrointestinal and skeletal system are examined for any abnormalities. Blood tests can be performed as necessary to assess the proper functioning of your pet's kidneys, liver, pancreas, and endocrine systems, including the thyroid and adrenal glands. Urine tests can detect similar problems. Depending on your pet's condition we may recommend further diagnostic testing such as radiology (X-rays), endoscopy, ultrasound, surgery or referral to a specialist for more specialized medical workups.

Our in house blood anylizers  and microscopes make it easy for quick results for many blood tests.  Additionaly we use several different national speciality laboratories to get the perfect test for your pet's situation.
