Dr. Darcy Smith graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002 after completing an undergraduate degree  at OSU agriculture economics. After graduation, she worked in Lindsay, Oklahoma in a busy mixed animal practice until  she moved back to the Edmond area the summer of 2009. Dr. Smith has been at White Oaks Veterinary Clinic since. She has an assortment of animals including horses, mules, dogs, cats, goats and birds. Her daughter is already a pet lover. When Dr. Smith is not at work she enjoys riding horses and mules with her husband and daughter, barrel racing, and travel to warm beaches. She is a member of the American Veterinary Association, the Oklahoma Veterinary Association, and  the American Quarter Horse Association.
